At Randolph and Baldwin, we run a near net-zero energy operation. Through the solar panels we had installed in 2015 and 2016, we produce enough energy to fully offset our usage many months. Our facilities user geothermal heat pumps with on-site wells featuring variable speed pumps to generate very inexpensive air conditioning in the summer and to lessen the expense of heating through the New England winters.
Our humidity-controlled facilities are maintained within a degree of 73°F and feature a 20-foot Humongous Fan to improve air circulation. Our 25HP wet dust collection system improves air quality as well. LED lighting is used throughout for lighting quality and energy savings. Randolph and Baldwin also has recycling programs in place for metals and paper/cardboard.
